The thing about the concept of ‘home’ is that it isn’t necessarily a single space. Home can be found in the people we love and the places where we feel the most connected, comforted and truly ourselves.
A lot of my work focuses on capturing ‘life at home’ with families and couples. This translates to shooting in spaces that mean the most, where people are most comfortable and where they can look at every detail in frame with fondness and sentiment.
This summer, I’m so excited to be extending my focus to Manitoulin Island to offer Life at Home sessions that capture more of the spaces we call home. Life at Home: Photography Sessions on Manitoulin Island capture life at the beach, life in the cabin/house/camp, life mid-air at the end of the dock… wherever and whatever it is, as long as it’s home to you.
Sessions are designed to be longer in length so we can capture classic portraits before jumping in the lake, going for a big hike or doing whatever you love to do in and around your space on the Island. The extra time lets us have more fun, get more creative and capture your Island life and home for the uniqueness that you love. Three different sessions (Sunrise, Mid-Afternoon or Sunset & Campfire) are available to capture your favourite time of day and the beautiful light that comes with it.
Let’s make some summer plans: July 27-29 & August 20-23. Limited spots are available. Packages start at $495 and include options for digital galleries, prints and gorgeous coffee-table albums. Click here to send me a message and reserve your spot.
